Christmas Jumper Day 2023

05/12/2023

Waffle and Cookie are taking part!

Have you got your Festive Knitwear ready?

Its Save The Children’s Christmas Jumper Day on Thursday (December 7) and the challenge is to don your most outlandish seasonal knitwear in support of Save The Children.

Banbury FM’s Mark Watson even has his two adorable dogs Waffle and Cookie taking part this year!

Christmas Jumper Day is the annual occasion when people across the country head to work or school dressed in their most outrageous, garish jumper. As well as wearing the jumper you were asked to make a small £2 donation to Save The Children.

The Banbury FM team love getting involved:

Cash raised during Christmas Jumper Day goes to help kids in the UK and around the world – those facing serious issues like war, hunger and poverty. With so many children having a really tough time this year getting involved matters more than ever.

You can find out more here.

We would love to see you in your Christmas Jumper. Email your picture to studio@banburyfm.com or message us on the Facebook, X or Insta.
