Who loves the 80’s? Big hair, bright clothing, leg warmers and some of the best music ever!
You are not going to want to miss the next show by Odyssey Youth of Back to the 80’s.
We follow Corey Palmer as he remembers his senior year at William Ocean High School from where he graduated in 1985. With Corey in love with the coolest girl in school Tiffany – who doesn’t notice him because she is mooning over Michael, one of the athletic good looking types – the kind of guy that Corey and his friends dream of being.
The story is told with a star wars dream sequence, high energy dance routines, an 80s party scene, copious amounts of blue eye-shadow, double-denim, far too much hairspray, and some of the most popular songs ever written, including Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Kids in America, Material Girl, Video Killed the Radio Star, Man in the Mirror, Total Eclipse of the Heart and many, many more! In a word, it’s Awesome!
Shows take place on Friday 28th July 2023 at 7.30pm and Saturday 29th July 2023 at 2.30pm and 7.30pm at Wykham Theatre at Wykham School, Banbury.
