Covering about 6.5 miles over undulating ground in under 2 hours. No refreshment stop. NB This walk is intended to be a cardiovascular workout aiming for a pace of 3.7mph. Pub stop at end

Please wear suitable footwear and clothing in case of rain and wet mud.
