A Festive Lantern Parade will provide a fantastic opportunity to get in the Christmas Spirit at an event that will culminate with the first showing of this year’s Christmas Light Show.
Ahead of the day professionally led workshops will be held in local schools. A number of free walk-in workshops are being held at Castle Quay Shopping Centre but all places on these have already been taken. Anyone wishing to join the lantern parade can create their own and join the fun.
Following the lantern parade, the Old Corn Exchange will once again be the venue for the first showing of the town’s brand-new Winter Light Projection.
This event is delivered in partnership by Banbury Town Council, Banbury BID and Castle Quay.
