Villagers in Hornton are holding their traditional annual May Day Fair on Bank Holiday Monday.
The Fair has been running for more than two decades and offers a fun-filled day for the whole family.
Starting at 1pm the May Queen and King parade and crowning will take place. They are pupils of the local primary school.
This will be followed by children dancing around the Maypole and Morris dancers performing.
Around the Green there aree lots of stalls – plants, cakes, big raffle , ladies and gents pre-loved clothes, toy stall and lots of fun games.
This year we have crazy golf – made by two local men – the ‘holes’ are replicas of the church, chapel and school.
Traditional afternoon teas will be available in the Chapel, decorated for VE Day, as well as the ever- popular BBQ.
