Man re-arrested and interviewed over 16 town centre burglaries

The 33 year old has been recalled to prison whilst investigations continue
A 33 year old man has been re-arrested and interviewed in relation to sixteen burglary offences in Banbury. The man was first arrested on December 6th following a number of reports of break-ins at town centre businesses.
After the first arrest the man was bailed with conditions not to enter Banbury. Following further evidence being obtained officers today re-arrested the man and interviewed him again.
Thames Valley Police are now awaiting forensic results.
The man has been recalled to prison where he will remain as police enquiries continue.
