Woman raped in Bicester

Attack happened in the Kingsclere Road early on Sunday morning
A woman has been raped in Bicester. The lady, who’s in her twenties, was walking along Kingsclere Road between 5am and 6am yesterday morning (Sunday 21).
She was approached by an unknown man, who is believed to have been accompanied by two other men. Following this the victim was raped.
The man who approached the victim is described as being aged in his twenties, around 5ft 10ins tall and of a muscular build, with shaved hair.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for any witnesses to come forward.
Investigating officer, Detective Sergeant Mark Personius, of Banbury CID, said: “We remain in the early stages of this investigation and are working to establish the circumstances, but I would like to appeal to anyone with information to come forward and speak to us.
“The victim is being supported by specially trained officers at this time, and police officers are currently at the scene conducting reassurance patrols in the area. Anyone with concerns can talk to an officer.”
