A 40-year-old motorcyclist loses his life after a collision with a car

Witnesses are being sought following a fatal collision in Aynho last night (Sunday February 28). A 40-year-old male motorcyclist sadly died at the scene.

The accident happened at around 9.15pm on the B4100 through the village. A red Yamaha FJR motorbike was travelling along Roundtown towards the Croughton Road when it was in collision with a blue Ford Fiesta which was travelling towards Banbury Road.

Police are appealing for any witnesses, or anyone with dashcam footage, to get in contact by calling Drivewatch on 0800 174615.
