17-year-old charged over incident involving crack cocaine and heroin
A 17-year-old boy from Croydon has been charged with intent to supply two different class A drugs in Banbury.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons due to his age, was charged on Tuesday (8th September) following a Thames Valley Police investigation. The charges relate to an incident that happened in Christchurch Court in Banbury on Monday afternoon at 2.05pm.
The teenager has been charged with “intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A – crack cocaine” and “possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A – heroin”.
He was due to appear at Oxford Magistrates Court today.
