Fairport’s Festival back with warm-ups at Hooky Brewery
03/08/2022
The new warm-up venue has given the organisers extra capacity
Fairport’s Cropredy Convention returns next week after a two-year pandemic enforced break. The first members of the organising team set foot on the Cropredy fields yesterday, with set up now underway ahead of the event, which starts next Thursday.
In the run up to that Fairport Convention’s Cropredy Warm Up concerts are on next Monday and Tuesday, but this year in a new venue, as the former venue – Banbury Trades and Labour Club – has now closed.
The new venue is a seated marquee at the Hook Norton Brewery and the move has resulted in a bonus for fans as it has enabled the band to increase ticket capacity.
Tuesday’s extras have already been snapped up, but you might be lucky for next Monday if you’re quick!
