The charges relate to drugs, robbery, carrying a bladed article and driving offences
Following an incident on the M40 near Banbury yesterday morning (August 15) a 31-year-old man has today been charged with a number of offences. These include charges in relation to drugs, robbery, carrying a bladed article and driving offences.
The incident occurred at around 9.15am on Monday morning.
Christopher Evans, of Drury Lane, Solihull, in the West Midlands has been remanded in custody and is due to appear at Oxford Crown Court on September 12.
He was charged with one count each of possession of a bladed article, robbery, possession of a Class A drug, dangerous driving, driving whilst disqualified and driving with no insurance.
