Damage to the distribution network caused the problem
Around 935 properties lost their power supply on Thursday morning due to damage caused to the electricity distribution network. Properties in Aynho, Kings Sutton and Charlton were amongst those affected.
Western Power Distribution said the issue was down to a third party.
The loss of supply was first reported at 8.46am. Engineers managed to restore the supply for 309 properties shortly after 9am.
More properties were reconnected around an hour later with the remaining 42 properties without a supply told the problems was expected to be fixed by lunchtime.
