Drug driver arrested after car spotted travelling at speed

The vehicle was seen on Chalker Way in Banbury
A driver was pulled over after being spotted driving at an excessive speed on a Banbury road on Sunday morning. The vehicle was stopped on Chalker Way.
Officers conducted a drug test which provided a positive result.
The driver was arrested and taken to the police station where further blood procedures were conducted.
