Countryfile’s Adam Henson to host Auction of Promises at Hook Norton Brewery

20/02/2023

Twenty-four lots will be sold with the proceeds going towards humanitarian aid for Ukraine

TV presenter Adam Henson will be hosting an Auction of Promises at the Hook Norton Brewery later this week in an evening that aims to raise money to send humanitarian aid to Ukraine.

The farmer, author and Countryfile presenter will oversee the event on Friday – a year to the day since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine began.

Twenty-four lots will be auctioned off including items from Jeremy Clarkson’s Diddly Squat farm, a bee keeping experience and a champagne tea for up to four people.

Other auction items include lunch or dinner at Soho Farmhouse, a Red Bull package, and a week’s stay in a five-bedroomed house in Normandy.

Proceeds from the night will help NOxAID continue their work delivering vital supplies to those affected by the conflict in Ukraine.

Tickets for Auction of Promises cost £20 and are available, together with details for all the lots, here.
