Spiceball Park will be alive with food, fun, music and activities this Sunday
Banbury Town Council is promising Banbury’s biggest-ever party this Sunday to celebrate the coronation of King Charles lll.
The free-to-enter spectacular in Spiceball Park will have more to eat and drink, more music, and more things to do than any previous Banbury event.
From midday until late evening a massive choice of food and drink will be on offer with tables and benches set up so partygoers can ‘big lunch’ together – or visitors can bring their own picnics, blankets and camping chairs and soak up the atmosphere of the celebrations. Afternoon tea can be booked in advance using Banbury Town Council’s website.
Live music will come from The Skeme, Hot Sauce Rhythm and Brass, Seven Hours Behind, Town Sparks, The Dodgers, Under the Covers and The Skalectrics.
Spiceball Park will be packed with things to do including laser quest, a climbing wall, caving, fairground attractions, go karts, and a surf simulator.
At 9pm the town beacon will be lit alongside a live fire-show performance with a fabulous fireworks display marking the end of the event.
