Three people were assaulted outside Banbury Fish Bar on Christchurch Court
Its believed a group of people filmed three individuals being assaulted outside a Banbury chip shop last Wednesday. Its hoped they will now come forward and provide police with the footage.
A man and woman in their forties and a teenage girl were outside Banbury Fish Bar on Christchurch Court at around 5.06pm. They were approached from behind by two people who assaulted and pushed and pulled them around.
Investigating officer PC Nathan Fisher from Thames Valley Police said: “We are appealing for witnesses following this incident.
“We are appealing in particular to a group who we believe may have witnessed this assault, and also filmed it.
“We are asking this group to come forward and provide the footage if they have it.”
The first offender is described as a black man, in his mid 30’s, with tattoos on his face, arms, and tied back dreadlock black hair.
The second offender is described as a white woman, in her late 30’s to early 40’s, wearing a pink / white T-shirt, black jogging bottoms, with tattoo’s on her arms, piercings in her ears and nose, blonde hair and blue eyes.
