Police seize the driver’s Nissan Micra
The driver of an uninsured car in Banbury told police: “I didn’t know I needed insurance”.
Officers had pulled over the vehicle on the Horsefair yesterday (Tuesday) when the astonishing proclamation was made.
The Nissan Micra was seized and the driver reported to court.
