Operation at 5.30am results in two arrests including 15-year-old youth
A 15-year-old youth and 21-year-old man have both been arrested after a joint operation targeting illegal drugs earlier today in Banbury and East London. Warrants were simultaneously executed in Broad Street and also Tower Hamlets in the capital.
The operation took place at 5.30 this morning (May 8) and is the culmination of a six-month investigation into the activity of a county drug line, code named “Operation Judo”.
Both arrests were made for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and for being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.
A quantity of suspected class A drugs (pictured), cash and other items were seized.
Two males remain in custody at Banbury Police station.
