Chocolate lovers to get local outlet

Hotel Chocolat is recruiting for staff for a new shop in Banbury
A popular chocolatier plans to open a shop in Banbury ahead of Christmas.
Hotel Chocolat is advertising positions as Sales Advisors for a new store, which will open before the end of the year.
The advertisement says: “As we continue our mission to make people happy through chocolate, we’re opening brand new stores this year and we’re coming to Banbury in December!”
A spokesperson for Hotel Chocolat told Banbury FM they weren’t able to give any further details currently.
In January this year Hotel Chocolat was recorded as having 125 shops across the United Kingdom.
Banbury’s own local chocolatier, Belflair, used to be based in Church Lane until their shop closed 2021. The Thornton chain closed their outlet in the Castle Quay Shopping Centre in the same year.
