Rugby returns this weekend

The council says their vision is to create places that thrive – to support Celebrations planned for the return of league games at Bodicote Park
Rugby is returning to Bodicote Park this weekend and Banbury Rugby Club are planning on marking the occasion with a big celebration. The opening day of the season tomorrow (Saturday) will see the Banbury Bulls kick off their league campaign at home taking on Witney.
As well as the Bulls the 2s, 3s and Saxons are also playing at home during the weekend. The Saxons play at 1pm with all the other games starting at 3pm.
The club has lined up a number of activities for the family to mark the occasion. Off the pitch there will be an assault course and bouncy castle, food, drink and ice creams.
There’s no charge to get in.
