Join in with a virtual murder mystery this Halloween
29/10/2021
Teams can play the Brackley’s first ever Witchcraft & Wizardry CluedUpp challenge at their leisure on Sunday
As people gear up for some Halloween fun on Sunday there’s an opportunity to join in with an innovative virtual murder mystery game in Brackley.
Organised by Brackley Town Council, the town’s first ever Witchcraft & Wizardry CluedUpp Game will see teams of between 2 and 6 players becoming detectives, following a course and solving clues on one of the team’s smartphones.
The game can be started any time between 9am and 2pm but must be finished by 5pm. Teams can pause for a spot of lunch midway through the challenge.
Those joining in are being encouraged to dress up to get in the Halloween spirit with prizes available for the best selfie and the best team name.
Georgia Connor from Brackley Town Council said: “CluedUpp events are really popular around the world. It’s just something a little bit different.
“Everyone loves a clue solving challenge so we thought we would give it a go.”
To join in you need to book a place before midday on Saturday. This can be done by calling 01280 702 441 during office hours, or by emailing georgia.connor@brackleynorthants-tc.gov.uk.
