Motorcyclist seriously injured after A4260 dual carriageway collision

Witness appeal following peak hours collision on main Oxford Road by Duns Tew
A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a collision between a motorbike and a 4×4 vehicle last night (Tuesday November 9). The collision happened at 6pm on the southbound carriageway of the main A4260 Oxford Road on the dual carriageway section by Duns Tew.
Thames Valley Police is appealing for any witnesses to get in contact.
The two vehicles involved were a red Jeep Wrangler and a Honda MSX motorcycle.
A man in his twenties was riding the motorcycle. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Senior Investigating Officer, Sergeant James Surman, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “We need the public’s help to aid our investigation to establish how the collision occurred.
“This incident happened during peak hours for commuting home, therefore it is possible there were a number of witnesses or people with dash cam footage.
