Mark Meadows and Travis Gorton will appear before Oxford Magistrates today
Two men have been charged with murder following the death of Keith Green from Howard Road in Banbury on Sunday evening.
25-year-old Mark Meadows of Rees Court in Banbury and 19-year-old Travis Gorton of Well Bank, Hook Norton, were both also charged with possession of a knife or sharply pointed article.
Officers were called by South Central Ambulance Service at 11.46pm on Sunday evening following reports that a man had been stabbed in the rear garden of a house. 40-year-old Mr Green was pronounced dead at the scene, despite the best efforts of paramedics.
Meadows and Gorton remain in police custody and will appear at Oxford Magistrates Court today (February 18).
