Crews from two stations dealt with over 80 tonnes of material
Fire crews from Hook Norton and Banbury were called to a fire in a barn at Great Tew on Wednesday morning. The fire involved over 80 tonnes of wood chip.
Following the 7.40am call fire fighters found a deep-seated fire within the pile of wood chip. With assistance from the on-site staff they removed the wood chip from the barn and extinguished it outside.
