Drug driver caught as police seek wanted person

The wanted person wasn’t in the vehicle
Police stopped a vehicle on the M40 at Banbury’s junction 11 on Monday evening believing a wanted person might be on board.
When the vehicle was pulled over the person officers had hoped to catch wasn’t there.
However, the driver did fail a roadside drug wipe for Cannabis. They were arrested at the scene.
