He was previously in court for possession of a bladed article in a public place
A Banbury man who committed a knife crime was back in court this morning after he failed to comply with a community requirement, as set by Oxford Magistrates Court.
The thirty-seven year old had previously been sentenced for possession of a bladed article in a public place.
The Banbury Neighbourhood Team arrested the individual this morning.
A police spokesperson said: “If you are convicted of an offence and either fail to appear at court, or you do not comply with the conditions set out then a warrant will be issued and you will be arrested and remain in Police Custody until the next available court.”
