Hunt out the Halloween monsters for a chance to win a Nintendo Switch

The Halloween Trail will be up and running for a couple of weeks from Saturday

With two weeks to go until the spookiest night of the year the organisation representing Banbury’s town centre businesses is launching its Halloween Trail this Saturday.

Banbury BID is inviting families, individuals and friends to hunt out mischievous monsters which will be hidden in the windows of twelve town centre businesses.   Once the cleverly disguised monsters have been located their locations should be recorded on an official trail sheet for a chance to win a Nintendo Switch.

Anyone wanting to join in the Halloween fun can pick up a trail sheet from participating businesses or Banbury Museum, where completed sheets can be left in a post box for entry into the competition.

Jasmine Gilhooly from Banbury BID said: “Banbury’s Annual Halloween Trail has become a favourite tradition for many in our community, and this year we hope to attract more people.

“We encourage everyone to get involved, explore our vibrant town, and enjoy the creative displays our local businesses have prepared. It’s a fun and safe way to celebrate Halloween!”

The Halloween Trail is open to people of all ages until the end of October 31.

Throughout the Halloween period many businesses will be decorating their storefronts to join in with the “spirits” of the occasion!
