The Fire Fighter’s Charity will benefit from Easter Saturday’s car wash
Firefighters in Brackley smashed their previous fund-raising record washing vehicles at Brackley fire station at the weekend.
Their Easter Saturday endeavour raised £936 for the Fire Fighter’s Charity, eclipsing the £480 they raised at their previous car wash.
While the cars were being washed people could enjoy entertainment and refreshments.
After the amount raised had been totted up firefighters described the people of Brackley as “so amazing and so generous”.
