Just under £41k raised at festive pre-Christmas fundraiser
21/01/2025
All the sponsorship money and corporate contributions for the Santa Fun Run have now been received
Christmas may now seem a fair while ago but the total raised at one of the big local events in the run-up to the festivities has just been announced.
The Katharine House Hospice Santa Fun Run took place at the start of December, having had to relocate at short notice to the North Oxfordshire Academy due to flooding at Spiceball Park.
The team at the Adderbury based hospice have now received all the sponsorship money and corporate contributions and have revealed that £40,974 was raised!
A spokesperson for Katharine House said: “To everyone who pulled on a Santa suit and ran, jogged or walked to raise money for our hospice and the people we care for: THANK YOU!”
