Wanted in connection with the rape of a Banbury teenage girl

A man from Kidlington is wanted by police in connection with the rape of a teenage girl in Banbury on Monday August 11.
Twenty-three-year-old James Doran is known to frequent the North Oxfordshire and South Warwickshire areas. He also has links to Hillingdon in London and Leicestershire.
Doran is described as white, with short ginger/brown hair, a ginger/brown beard and is missing his right eye.
Investigating officer, Detective Inspector Becky Sargeant, said: “We are urgently appealing for the public’s help in locating James Doran.
“Anyone with information about his current whereabouts should call 999. It is important that if you see him, please do not approach him, and instead call 999.
“If you have any other information on the whereabouts of James Doran please call 101 or make a report online, quoting reference 43250409668.
“Or if you do not wish to speak to the police you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, who will take your information 100% anonymously.”
