Details
Covering about 6.5 miles over undulating ground in under 2 hours. No refreshment stop. NB This walk is intended to be a cardiovascular workout aiming for a pace of 3.7mph. Optional pub stop at end.

Please wear suitable footwear and clothing in case of rain and wet mud.

								As lunch time approaches crack open your sandwich box, head out to the sandwich van or take a trip to the works canteen, all accompanied by Mark and plenty of your favourite music.

It's a great way to spend the middle of the day here in North Oxfordshire.
