Parking at Adderbury, The Green opposite the Red Lion pub.
Covering about 6.5 miles in under 2 hours. No refreshment stop but Red Lion pub at the end. NB This walk is intended to be a cardiovascular workout aiming for a pace of 3.7mph. Pub stop at end.
Please wear suitable footwear and clothing in case of rain and wet mud.
