New kit for puritans revealed

Fans choose Banbury United’s home and away kit designs for the 2020-21 season
Banbury United have revealed the new kit designs to be worn by their players when the new season starts later this year.
Fans have been voting since last Wednesday when four potential home kit designs were seen for the first time. The vote also included selecting which of three away kit ideas would be worn.
The designs were created by Banbury United’s kit supplier and sponsor, Banbury based company The Terrace.
1,141 votes were cast during a five day period with the poll closing at 5pm yesterday (Sunday).
The vote for the home kit was very close with the winning design beating the design in second place by less than 1%. The winning away kit design led by a bigger margin.
The results for the home kit:
Design 3 – 28.42% (pictured)
Design 1 – 27.02%
Design 4 – 25.61%
Design 2 – 18.95%
The results for the away kit:
Design 1 – 39.81%
Design 3 – 30.84%
Design 2 – 29.35%
Carl Sewell from The Terrace told Banbury FM, “It has been a great feeling to put the fans in charge of choosing next seasons kits from our concepts. Banbury United is a community owned club, something we support in a big way and letting the fans work with us on this exciting release means a lot to us”.
