20/10/2020
Community Benefit Society Members and season ticket holders get the first chance to buy the limited number of available tickets for the game against Bury Town
Ticket details have been released for Banbury United’s FA Cup 4th round qualifying match against Bury Town. Stalwart club supporters will get the first opportunity to ensure their place at the Banbury Plant Hire Stadium.
A limited number of tickets are available for the home game, which will take place on Saturday afternoon at 3pm. Community Benefit Society Members and season ticket holders will have priority and can purchase their tickets for the game from 10am today (Tuesday).
Any remaining tickets will be made generally available to the public from 10am tomorrow. There is a limit of two tickets per person.
COVID-19 restrictions on numbers has led to a lower limit on the number of people being allowed into the Banbury Plant Hire Stadium. In addition Bury Town have been allocated a share of the available tickets. It is expected that tickets will be in in great demand, with a win for Banbury United seeing the Puritans progress to the main FA Cup competition.
The club is keen to make people aware the match will be “all ticket” with no cash entry on the day.
Community Benefit Society Members and season ticket holders will have already received an email detailing how they have a priority in which to purchase a ticket. From 10am today they can take advantage of that priority. Season ticket holders or current Community Benefit Society Members who have not received the email should contact Susan Duester (bufc_members@outlook.com or 07745 292532).
After the priority window closes at 10am tomorrow (Wednesday) any remaining tickets will go on general sale through the club’s ticketing system.
Banbury United say that as Bury Town have their own allocation, tickets on the Banbury ticketing system will not be available to Bury supporters. They say this will be monitored using address and card information and any such purchases will be refunded and tickets voided.
Brackley Town also play their FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round match against Marske United on Saturday afternoon at 3pm. Due to COVID-19 rules that game will be played behind closed doors.
