Competition for children to design MP’s Christmas Card
21/10/2020
Youngsters invited to get creative with image that will be used on official festive card
Creative children are being invited to submit Christmas Card designs in a competition being run by Banbury’s MP Victoria Prentis. The winning entry will be used for Mrs Prentis’ official Christmas Card this year.
The theme for the design is “Away In A Manager”. They can be either landscape or portrait and children are being encouraged to make them as colourful as possible.
Mrs Prentis said: “One of the highlights of the year is my Christmas Card competition. I am always so overwhelmed by the talent of those who enter. I am sure this year will be no exception.
“With half term approaching, I hope children might have the time to get creative. I can’t wait to see all the entries I receive!”
The winning design will adorn the front of Mrs Prentis’ official Christmas card, with the back of the card featuring runner-up designs.
Pictures can be either landscape or portrait.
Entries should be sent to Mrs Prentis’ constituency office at Orchard House, Hopcraft Lane, Deddington, OX15 0TD. All entries should include the child’s full name, age, and school written on the back. The closing date is Friday 13 November 2020.
