The Saints will travel to Birkenhead for the game at the end of the month

Brackley Town have drawn an away game against Tranmere Rovers in the second round of the FA Cup.   The trip to Birkenhead will see the Saints taking on a side currently a couple of steps above them.

Brackley beat Bishop Stortford at St James Park on Saturday to secure their position in the second round.  The game was drawn 3-3 after extra time so was decided on penalties.   Tranmere booked their place by seeing off Accrington Stanley 2-1.

This will be the first ever meeting between the two sides.

The second round ties are due to be played between November 27 and 30.
