Request to park carefully when visiting Health Centre
01/03/2021
Visitors need to allow enough time so they can park safely
A Banbury surgery is asking some of their visitors to take more care parking when attending appointments. The Banbury Cross Health Centre on South Bar has taken to social media after a number of recent problems.
Last week the surgery said it had seen people parking in the ambulance bay, thereby blocking their emergency access. They have also had problems with pavement parking and parking on yellow lines.
The health centre has remained open throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and continued to see people face-to-face. The building has a small dedicated car park for visitors to the rear of the building.
The statement from the Health Centre said: “We kindly ask everyone who visits us, to give yourself plenty of time before arriving and please take extra special care when parking.”
