Attempted burglary at home early on Monday morning

Nothing was taken but a lock was tampered with and CCTV cameras moved
Police are appealing for witnesses following an early morning attempted burglary in Upper Boddington.
A home on Townsend Lane was targeted between 4am and 5am on Monday (August 4).
The offender didn’t manage to gain entry to the property and nothing was taken, but they did tamper with a lock and moved the direction CCTV cameras were pointing.
A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police said: “Did you witness anything? Did you see anyone or any vehicle(s) in the area that looked suspicious? If so, then please contact Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting ref; 25000457981. Alternatively you can report online.
“You can also pass on information anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
