Local primary school children decorated the bunnies
With the school Easter holidays starting today Banbury BID are bringing back their Easter Bunny Trail around Banbury from tomorrow.
Ten decorated bunnies have been hidden in business in the town centre, each one decorated by a local primary school.
In return for finding them all a number of prizes are on offer, including a giant Easter hamper filled with treats and climbing tickets.
Trail sheets can be collected from the information point in the Castle Quay Shopping Centre and the challenge will run until Easter Day (April 20).
Ollie Phipps, Banbury BID’s Town Centre Liaison, said: “We are excited to bring the community together for this fun Easter activity. It’s a wonderful opportunity for families to create lasting memories while supporting our local businesses and celebrating the creativity of our youth.”
The ten schools using their pupils’ creative skills to decorate the bunnies were Cherry Fields, St Leonards, Christopher Rawlins and Hornton, along with Orchard Fields and Hanwell Fields, Wroxton, Harriers, Bishop Loveday and Bloxham primary schools.
