Boy charged following assault in Castle Quay

The 15-year-old will appear at the youth court in July

A 15-year-old Banbury boy has been charged following an assault that took place in the Castle Quay Shopping Centre earlier this year.

The attack took place on Tuesday January 31.

The Banbury Neighbourhood Team today charged the boy with assault by beating.

He has been released on conditional bail and is set to appear at the youth court in July.
