Brackley Town Council unveil their events calendar

The events team are planning on making up for lost time with popular events returning and new events revealed

Brackley Town Council have unveiled their events calendar for the rest of the year.   After a fallow period due to the pandemic, they are planning on making up for lost time.

The Council has lined up all their usual annual events for the second half of the year, together with a few special additions.

In September thrill seekers will be able to enjoy all the fun of Brackley Charter Fair and in November the skies will once again be illuminated at Brackley Fireworks (sponsored by Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team).

New events include Brackley Party in the Park on September 18 with a live stage with bands and acts through the day and into the evening. There will also be entertainment for children.

As part of South Northamptonshire Arts Trail an exhibition will run in the Town Hall at the start of October.

Then in December Brackley is set to get some festive fun with the town’s very own Christmas Tractor run, as the local farming community come together to drive a convoy of fairy lit tractors around the town.

  • Christmas Light Switch On + Lanterns Parade: 27 November
  • Christmas Tractor Run: 10 December
  • Christmas Carols: 19 December
  • Classic Car Show: 27 December
