A 30-year-old man has been arrested following a tip off to police
A cannabis factory has been discovered at a property on Edmunds Road in the Bretch Hill area of Banbury. The plants were discovered by officers from Thames Valley Police’s Neighbourhood Team who were following up on information they had received.
A Section 23 Misuse of Drugs Act Warrant was executed at the property which enabled officers to investigate the claims.
A 30-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of producing a controlled drug of class B, namely cannabis. He remains in police custody.
Police say they will have an increased presence in the area today, with more information released in due course.
