Closure order breached in Christchurch Court

Three spotted by a Police community support officer

Three people have been arrested for breaching a closure order in Banbury.  The individuals were seen by a Police community support officer inside the property in Christchurch Court, breaking the terms of the order.

All three individuals are now in police custody.

Under the terms of a Closure Order it is a criminal offence to be inside the address if not named on the order.

Closure orders are obtained to prevent anti-social behaviour and to safeguard vulnerable people.
