A campaign has been launched to recruit Police Officers
Thames Valley Police has launched its 2025 Police Officer recruitment campaign.
The force is looking for individuals who are ready to serve and protect their communities with integrity and resilience.
Officers respond to critical incidents, support victims, and work closely with communities to fight crime and build trust. The force says policing is demanding, but for those who answer the call, it offers a rewarding career with real impact.
Applicants don’t need a degree, and various entry routes are available. The starting salary is £32,970 (including a South-East allowance) with potential earnings exceeding £50,000 by year seven.
