Driver fails to stop after boy knocked off bike

The incident happened on Sunday afternoon

Police are appealing for witnesses to contact them after a 14 year old boy was knocked off his bike in Banbury on Sunday afternoon.

The incident happened on the Warwick Road at around 2pm.

The vehicle make is not known but could have been of a dark grey or blue VW Golf style.   It was reported as failing to stop and speeding away after the collision.

PC James Flint of the Banbury Neighbourhood Policing Team is dealing with the case.
