Speeding motorist initially gave police false details

A driver pulled over for speeding on the M40 last night (October 1) turned out to be an individual wanted by the UK Immigration Service.    Thames Valley Police’s Roads Policing Unit stopped the driver after he was caught driving over the speed limit between junctions 10 and 11.

After stopping the driver the police officer was given the driver’s details, but the officer was not convinced by these.   A mobile fingerprint check revealed the driver’s real details.
