Thames Water are replacing a sewer cover

Emergency roadworks have been taking place on the Broughton Road in Banbury today. Drivers have encountered a few minutes delay due to the temporary lights that are in place.

The work is being undertaken by Thames Water, who say they are completing an urgent job to replace a sewer cover.

The work is being carried out at the top end of the Broughton Road by Hornbeam Close. It is anticipated that the repair will be finished today.
