A second man has been arrested as Thames Valley Police continue to investigate bicycle thefts in Banbury.
The 32-year-old, who’s of no fixed abode, was arrested on suspicion of the theft of a pedal cycle. He’s been released on bail with conditions not to enter Banbury town centre.
Officers are working with the victims to obtain the evidence required to secure a charge.
Last Saturday lunchtime Thames Valley Police reported that they had arrested a 35-year-old man, of no fixed abode, as part of the same investigation.
Thames Valley Police say they continue to receive emails with details of stolen bicycles and are contacting those victims where they believe they may have recovered their property.
