Jack Dee coming to Banbury in two weeks
23/07/2021
Tickets for the surprise show are expected to sell out quickly when they go on sale on Saturday morning
Its been announced this morning that the dead pan comedian Jack Dee is coming to Banbury.
The star of TV sitcoms Bad Move, Lead Balloon and Josh will be appearing at the Mill Arts Centre in just a couple of weeks time – on Thursday the 5th of August.
Jack is taking to the road to warm up ahead of continuing his UK tour.
Jack said: “In these difficult and uncertain times people need hope – a ray of sunshine to brighten their day. And that’s very much where I come in.”
After announcing in 2019 he was returning to the stand-up stage with his “Off The Telly” solo tour, tickets for Jack’s show quickly sold out. It was his first solo tour in six years and was extended into 2020 to meet exceptional public demand.
Following the pandemic, the now rescheduled tour is about to get back underway. The Mill Arts Centre has been chosen as a venue for one of Jack’s warm-up shows.
Tickets will go on sale tomorrow morning (Saturday) at 10am and are expected to sell out quickly. A spokesperson for The Mill said: “We strongly recommend booking online in order to avoid disappointment – as well as helping to reduce congestion at the Box Office. Booking online is the best way to secure your seats as we expect tickets to sell extremely quickly.”
