The polls open at 7am on May 2
Anyone wanting to have their say and vote on May 2 has until the end of today to register.
When polling stations open voters will to select representatives for one-third of the seats on Cherwell District Council. They will also choose the Thames Valley Police and Crime Commissioner.
Town and Parish Council polls are also being undertaken in some areas.
In Deddington a referendum on the Deddington Neighbourhood Plan will be undertaken. Prepared by Deddington Parish Council, this identifies land for new homes, green space, and a nursery. It also contains policies on zero carbon building and superfast broadband.
Only people who are registered on the Electoral Role will be able to cast a vote. Those who are already registered at their current address don’t need to re-register.
